In Sept 2016 I joined on as a postdoctoral scholar at the Stanford Computational Imaging Lab, where I am exploring novel cameras and imaging technologies.
My ongoing work with the ACFR is focused on the application of computational imaging to underwater imaging. For more information on this work please see the Plenoptic Imaging pages, and my PhD dissertation:
D. G. Dansereau, “Plenoptic signal processing for robust vision in field robotics,” Ph.D. dissertation, Australian Centre for Field Robotics, School of Aerospace, Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering, The University of Sydney, Jan. 2014. Available here.
I am also affiliated with the ARC Centre of Excellence in Robotic Vision, at the Queensland University of Technology Robotics Lab in Brisbane, where I pursue ongoing projects applying computational imaging in robotics.
Please pardon the mess as I build up a new website at dgd.vision.
